How to Update the Form for a Transaction Using Workflows?
Hi
I have a number of credit memo transactions created with the standard credit memo form.
I want to change these to the custom transaction form in mass.
I have tried a scheduled workflow which appears to change the form according to the workflow logs:
However, the changes are not actually saved as when you place the record into edit mode, the form is still the standard credit memo form:
I have also tried modifying the workflow to match the suggestion on this blog:
That doesn't update the form at all.
I have tried uploading a csv (with the trigger server side scripts and workflows ticked) and changed the form to the custom form in the advanced settings for the csv upload.
