How to customize the Balance Sheet to move Other Current asset & Other Current Liability accounts?

Hi All,

I have 3 questions, please help..

  1. I'm making a custom report balance sheet, but why do the values that appear have a minus balance, while if you see TB or GL the account balance has a positive balance..
  2. is it possible to combine Other Current asset and Other Current Liability account types?
  3. is it possible to move the position of the Other Current asset account type to the liabilities section in the report balance sheet? because there was an error setting the account type from the start
