Pre-upgrade Maintenance for NetSuite Release 2023.1 (Production and Sandbox)

Maintenance downtime will be scheduled for your NetSuite production account to prepare for the new features for NetSuite Release 2023.1. All production accounts will receive a notification when your account is scheduled for maintenance downtime.

We are reserving 1 hour for this maintenance. However, we expect the maintenance to be completed within an hour or less for most of our customers. All practical measures have been taken to prevent this, but the possibility does exist. During the maintenance, you will be unable to access online forms, web sites and web stores.

If you have sandbox account(s), the maintenance downtime for your sandbox account will be scheduled between January 8 - 13, 2023.
