Why Can't I Get WorkFlow To Select Correct Supervisor
I originally had the following statement as part of a Purchase Order WorkFlow in place to set the appropriate NEXT APPROVER and working fine.
CASE WHEN {subsidiary} = 'KVH' THEN 'HELLEN SONG' ELSE {custbody_pri_po_createdby.supervisor} END
Then I was asked to add the variable for when (subsidiary} was not 'KVH'.
The new variable is if the {employee} who created the PO is MELISA NAVARETTE then NEXT APPROVER is SHELLEY SCHMITZ. (NOTE: MELISA's supervisor is SUZANNE WOOD.)
I tried two different approaches and they both still defaulted to the SUPERVISOR of the {employee}.
