How to Set Email CC Based on Subsidiary

I have customized an Email Template for two different Subsidiaries. If Subsidiary is "XXX" then it will take first body, else it will take second body. This email is triggered by "to be emailed" checkbox in transaction.

I want to set up "CC" and "Reply to" email address based on the subsidiary used in the record. I have set "Reply to" in the "Subsidiary Return Email Address" under Email Preference but I'm unable to set "CC". Please advice.
