Why Canadian Tax Code have incorrect tax rates?
We have an issue with canadian SO and deposit that are generated. Salex tax is not updating correctly.
Tax Code CA-S-ON is not refreshing and generating the rate at 5% instead of 13%, however, when we edit the SO unselect and reselect tax code, it refreshes this to correct rate.
It seems that the tax rate in the back end of NetSuite is correct however, is defaulting incorrectly until we manually update this. In addition to this the corresponding customer deposit is incorrect with it matching to the SO rather than the actual amount deposited.
Any ideas?
