How to Display Foreign Currency Amount & Foreign Currency Amount Remaining in Statement PDF

I have customized the "Multi-currency Statement PDF Template" to generate statements. I want the "Amount (Foreign Currency)", Amount Remaining (Foreign Currency)", "Credit Balance" and "Running Total" fields to display in the Statement PDF.

I tried pulling these fields in PDF by using "${line.fxamount}", "${line.fxamountremaining}" in Advanced PDF , but the PDF display empty values.

Please Advice.
