Update to Security Controls in accessing HSBC Application in the Payment Automation SuiteApp
This notice is intended for customers who have installed the Payment Automation SuiteApp, but did not complete the HSBC Bank and Credit Card applications.
What is Changing?
On January 24, 2023, an update to the enhanced security feature in accessing HSBC Bank and Credit card Applications will be released. This update is not compatible with HSBC Bank and Credit Card applications that are still pending before the upgrade. You will not be able to access and complete your HSBC applications if they remain pending before the upgrade.

Complete and submit your HSBC Bank and Credit Card applications before your account is upgraded on
