Why unable to retrieve search results of huge data in Map/Reduce script?

I have a Map/Reduce script which loads a saved search(huge data of around 16 lakhs) in the GetInput stage and sends data to reduce stage which is getting failed after an hour of exceution without any error.

Also when I further filter the search results for less data, the script is working fine.

What am i missing here?
