How to solve error when using lastmodifieddate with WHERE in SQL query?

I have written the SQL code:

SELECT TOP 10 * FROM "NS Connect"."transaction" WHERE lastmodifieddate = '2022-12-22 09:26:30.000'

And got an error:

SQL Error [400] [S1000]: [NetSuite][SuiteAnalytics Connect JDBC Driver][OpenAccess SDK SQL Engine]Failed to retrieve data. Error ticket# lczmu2j21ie8ig6c6lybh[400]

The case is similar to the post:

So, what choose I do for this. Please anyone give me an advise, thanks.
