How to customize Payment File Template using Electronic Bank Payments? PayPal usage.

Thanks for reading my question. :)
We have the Electronic Bank Payments bundle.
We have subsidiaries in EU, but also in US, China, ... . So we also have company bank accounts from all over the world and suppliers bank accounts from all over the world.
We would like to make 1 payment file for each company bank account, but the bundle only allows supplier bank accounts with the same format as the selected company bank account. So we should split up the payments in multiple payment files.
What doesn't looks logic (to me), as we would like to create 1 payment file within the format of the bank, but to supplier bank accounts from all over the world.
