How I can get the ID of the unit type in SuiteScript?

Hello Friends,

I have an integration to create Items & Boms. I cannot get the internal id in the SS for the Unit of measure. I saw an enhancement opened for that in the SuiteAnswer. Is there any workaround for how I can get it the id of the unit type in Suite Script?
