Resolved – Missing Currency Exchange Rates on January 16, 2023
This notice applies to accounts that have the HSBC feature enabled, and you have configured your account to receive exchange rates from HSBC, one of our data providers.
Due to an issue with HSBC, your NetSuite account did not receive exchange rates on January 16, 2023.
This issue has been resolved, and the missing exchange rates for January 16, 2023, have been populated in your account.
Recommended Actions
We recommend that you review exchange rate-related processes in your NetSuite account to ensure the accuracy of your records. You should review processes involving exchange rates that occurred on January 16, 2023, including the following:
- Transactions
