How to set up a Workflow that prevents saving the record and shows a popup based on a Condition?
I'm trying to create a workflow that will trigger either an error or a popup message, based on a field on the top-level assembly item. Workflow history shows the workflow is running (in testing only) on work orders, but there is no result (i.e. the popup doesn't appear). I suspect it's because I can't get the correct conditions so it will look at the top-level assembly item for the value in that field.
I currently have it set to a context of User Interface, and have tried multiple trigger settings with no result.
Any ideas? Thanks!
