Is it possible to Create Access Tokens via SuiteScript?

Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone might know how to use SuiteScript to create a new Access Token for a specific user? I mean replicating the "Users/Roles -> Access Tokens -> New" using SuiteScript

The use case is that we have a system that requires each new user to have an Access Token generated and added to the system, and I wanted to automate this process (I don't have access to the internals of this system so I'm stuck with the auth method they have implemented).
