How to create saved search for system notes of field with most recent change only?
Hi all
I have a custom field. I want to see the most recent change to this field on a search.
I have the date refined to today and am looking at the
System note date
Field name
Old Value
New Value
I cannot use a summary search. The old and new value fields are numbers and none of the numerical functions work, using max shows the maximum which is not necessarily the required value, same problem with minimum, same problem with all the summary functions.
I am specifying the field in the criteria of the search, is there some function or formula I can apply there to make it show the most recent entry only?
