Does an existing user still receive a message or voice call after March 1, 2023?

The announcement of "End of Availability of the SMS and Voice Call Options for 2FA" stated:

After March 1, 2023, if you need to set up your 2FA preferences in your NetSuite account, you will only be able to use an authenticator app. You will still be given 10 one-time backup codes during the 2FA setup step. Using a backup code to gain access to NetSuite is not affected by this change.

Existing users are not required to make changes now. However, we encourage you to switch to an authenticator app.

My question is, can you confirm for the existing users already set up 2FA using SMS, after March 1, 2023, they should be still be able to use SMS to receive authentication code, no service will be interrupted for them if they do not switch to authenticator app, right?

Howdy, Stranger!
