How to create Case When Statements on Transaction Saved Search?
I have multiple transaction types included in this transaction search and I need to pull in the date when they either changed to Paid in Full or Fully Applied, whichever the case may be for that transaction type. The statement that I am using is: CASE WHEN {type} IN('Invoice', 'Cash Sale') AND {systemnotes.newvalue}='Paid In Full' THEN {systemnotes.date} WHEN {type} IN('Credit Memo') AND {systemnotes.newvalue}='Fully Applied' THEN {systemnotes.date} WHEN {type} IN('Return Authorization') AND {systemnotes.newvalue}='Refunded' THEN {systemnotes.date} END. The result is that the date is only populating for transaction type Invoice. What am I doing wrong?
