How to resolve subsidiary error on Journal Entry CSV Import?

When I try to import my CSV to NetSuite it fails and gives me the following error message.


I am not sure why as my creation of the subsidiary is following the guidelines in the pic below.

Does anyone know how to resolve these errors?
