How to create an Opp report with Opportunity Status duration?

Hello there, i'm looking to pull a Saved search showing Open and Order Received Opportunities, with a count in days of the duration in any given Opportunity status,( eg Proposal Accepted, Budgetary Design) is there a formula or any other way i could deploy to pull this information? Would be grateful for any advice, thanks.
