Is it possible to display subsidiaries in a drop down field without using the hierarchy format?
We have about eight hierarchies or levels in our subsidiary structure and some of the names are very long. This often makes it inconvenient when completing a form where you need to select subsidiary. We are having to scroll to the right to ensure we select the correct option :)
- Is it possible to assign an alias for each subsidiary? E.g., use xyzabc instead of xyzabc Enterprises Ltd?
- Is it possible to display subsidiaries in a drop down field without using the hierarchy format (sub A : Sub B : Sub C)? Instead simply have Sub C in the dropdown.
