Are bundles 219484 and 219479 FF PRM deprecated?

I have a client with the two FF PRM bundles above showing as needing updates but see that we are running into conflicts with new SuiteApps with similar functionality required for Brazil. Can anyone confirm that these two have been deprecated so I can proceed with a de-install? I cannot find any documentation to confirm that these should be replaced with the new SuiteApps
