Can you recommend test plan during NetSuite Upgrade?

Hello, I have been tasked with creating a test plan for when Netsuite does its upgrades. I have downloaded the Release Test Plan that Netsuite provides, but my question is, does anyone have their own test plan that they would like to or be able to share with me. I am just trying to get as much information as possible to develop the most comprehensive test plan. Any tips, or suggestions are also appreciated.
