How to create a Saved search that shows all leads with no recent activity logged?
Hello,
Recently we assigned some of our estimators lead accounts to have them reach out and establish communication with them. We are making it a "contest" so the first estimator that completes their assigned list wins a prize. However, I am trying to create a search that shows all assigned accounts that haven't had a completed activity logged in NetSuite but I cannot seem to get it to work. If I add the filter Activity : Date Completed Not Within this year, it just shows me accounts that have an activity log from the past.
We just want a running list of accounts that have not been contacted this year, regardless if they have an activity logged in the past. Any ideas?
