It’s that time of the year again! As we embrace the holiday cheer, we want to share an important announcement regarding our holiday schedule. Our dedicated team of NetSuite Support Gurus will be taking a short break to recharge during the holidays, from December 24, 2024, to January 1, 2025. We’ll be back in full swing, ready to assist you on January 2nd. During the break, feel free to explore the wealth of NetSuite resources on our platform.
As we celebrate the season's joys, we are incredibly grateful for your ongoing support and engagement. Have a fantastic holiday break, and let's gear up for an incredible 2025!
Here are some examples to get your creative juices flowing.
"Did I pay vendor John Doe last month?"
"Take me to my largest sales order for this month."
"What invoices haven't been paid yet?"
Correcting Discount and Markup Items on Multiple Currencies Orders
This notice is intended for customers who use the Multiple Currencies feature in NetSuite and are adding Discount or Markup items to existing transactions.
Prior to 2023.1, NetSuite used an exchange rate for currency conversion whenever a Discount or Markup item was added to a Multiple Currencies transaction. In some instances, this process produced inconsistent results.
What is Changing?
Beginning in NetSuite 2023.1, exchange rates will no longer be used for currency conversion on Discount or Markup items. When you add a Discount or Markup item to a Multiple Currencies transaction, the item’s flat rate will be applied directly to the transaction regardless of currency.
