OpenAir | Mandatory Enablement of NS 2020.1 Endpoint in the NetSuite OpenAir Connector
As previously announced, OpenAir discontinued support for the 2016.2 NetSuite Webservices Endpoint, effective with OpenAir’s 2022.2 major release. Effective with OpenAir’s 2023.1 major release, the 2020.1 endpoint will be enabled for all accounts using the NSOA Connector. Instructions for checking whether you have already enabled this endpoint are located in the FAQ section at the end of this document.
Customers are encouraged to enable and test the 2020.1 endpoint for the NSOA Connector in a Sandbox, if available. Customers are also encouraged to enable the 2020.1 endpoint in their production account sooner than the mandated timing of OpenAir’s 2023.1 major release.
OpenAir will not permit deferrals of this mandatory change, as the 2016.2 endpoint will completely cease to work later this year. Customers concerned with encountering issues should enable this endpoint sooner than the mandated date to allow for time to report and resolve issues.
