How to solve Databasics Time Posting errors out when related Project Task is Complete?
We use Data Basics for Timeclock. When Project tasks are completed prior to the weekly Timesheet Submission/Approval, when those times are posted to Netsuite, we get errors due presumably because the system is posting to Tasks that are Completed. In most cases, an employee will complete the Task, then Submit their time in Data Basics at the end of the week. So how do we overcome this?
