How to show Markup items on Packing Slip - Advanced PDF/HTML template

Is it in any way possible to show Markup items on the Packing Slip Advanced PDF/HTML template?

Our client has standardized frames, but if a customer wants to differ from these standard frames they have to pay extra. This is then added as a markup item.

The client would like to show these markup items on the packing slip, so if the customer gets their order deliverd, they can see these extra costs on the included packing slip.
