How to adjust Header and Footer margins in Advanced Quote PDF Template?

Hi,

We have a quote that has parts of the header and footer cut off, but only when it is printed.

Header - you can see the top of the "Wolf" logo and the top of the letter "Q" is cut off.

Footer - Missing about half of the disclaimer.

Here is what the full disclaimer looks like in the quote preview mode.

Are there margins in the code or the advanced PDF/HTML template i can adjust to make the header and footer fully appear when the document is printed?
