New joining sales cannot use global search. What is the problem?

We have new sales rep joining the sales team. All sales can global search the sales orders but this new member cannot. I have changed myself to the sales role, which I cannot use global search either.

Double checked the role set up, the Perform Search is Full.

What is the problem and How can we do next?
