Why are some fields under screen fields greyed out on the custom sales order form?

Hi

I noticed recently some tax fields are not appearing on the customised sales order(preferred document). I went to the Screen Fields of the Sales order and noticed those tax fields are greyed out. How can I make them to display these tax fields again on the Accounting tab on the sales order form?
