NetSuite Admin Tips | How to Pull Source Transaction and Date Billed on Revenue Elements?
Users customize their reports to align with their business needs and reporting purposes. There are instances when some users want to customize their deferred revenue waterfall report to pull out other necessary information such as the document number and the date when the Invoice was billed. However, this is not currently possible on the said report.
As an alternate solution, users can create a Revenue Element Saved Search instead:
- Navigate to Reports > Saved Searches > All Saved Searches > New
- Select Revenue Element
Under Criteria tab, add the following:
Source Transaction Fields..
- Source Transaction Filter = Type: any of Invoice
Under Results tab, add the following:
1
