NSPOS Upgrade Required and E-fix 2020.1.20

This is a reminder to customers that use NetSuite Point of Sale (NSPOS). This notice outlines the required actions needed to prevent integration issues with NetSuite 2023.2. It also provides highlights from the NSPOS 2020.1.20 e-fix.

What is Changing?

NSPOS Upgrade Required for Continued NetSuite Integration

NetSuite will begin upgrading ERP accounts to NetSuite 2023.2 in August 2023. As part of the release, NetSuite will remove an early version of the integration components that NSPOS has used to synchronize data with NetSuite ERP.

If NetSuite applies 2023.2 and your server is running any NSPOS version before NSPOS 2020.1.20, connectivity between NetSuite ERP and the integration server
