How to Trigger User Event Script or Workflow for Manage Intercompany Sales Order

We have created Inter Company Purchase Order and then Trying to create Sales Order using Manage Inter Company Sales Order using a Procurement Role. Script / Workflow is trigerring if we try using Administrator Role.


Is there any way to trigger the Workflow / Script.
