Please note that on Friday, September 19, 2025, at 8:00 PM Pacific time, our Case Management System will undergo a scheduled maintenance for approximately 4 hours. During this time, case creation via SuiteAnswers will be unavailable and inbound calls will be routed to Customer Service.
Why is there a prompt To apply...press Preview Tax button first." when saving a Credit Memo?
We have been having issues with the vendor credit and the credit memo creation with SuiteTax.
Everytime we create one of those transactions and save them, we get the error message : "To apply amounts to transaction properly, please press Preview Tax button first."
We tried several times to press the Preview Tax button on the transactions before saving but it still shows the error message regardless.
Even though we get the error message, the transactions are always still saved.
