How to setup SAML SSO for Azure AD in Production and Sandbox?

Hi Team,

We tried to configure the SSO with Azure in our Sandbox and Production NetSuite environments. When we try to configure, NetSuite gives same entity id for both sandbox and production environments. But in Azure SSO App Configuration it does not allow the same entity ID. How do I configure Azure SSO for both Sandbox and Production environments? Is there any workaround or best practice for that?

I have personally not tried using Azure for SSO, however, after some digging, some of the users who previously asked this found that removing the "claims" made their Azure SSO work for both Sandbox and Production. (reference: link).

Just checking in on you. Please let me know if you need further assistance.

Also to add to the previous comment, the "Claim" in Azure contains information including the account ID which is set as a mandatory field. This is the reason why you're unable to use your SSO for both NetSuite Sandbox and Production environment.

As mentioned in the SuiteAnswers Article, the account ID for any SSO setup must be blank if you want to set it up to work in multiple accounts.
