How can we record the Required Deposit Amount in Quotes & SO and show it on Printed Forms?

Is it possible to add on a Sales Order/ Quote a line that shows amount for deposit calcuation? For instance we request a 50% deposit, can that amount be printed on the Printed copy of the form? How do we add that calculated field to our customized form?
