How to create Customer from Custom Record with address derived from Custom Address Fields?

Hi there,

we have some custom address fields (Address, State , ZIP code)

on our custom record called "new customer request" .

I created a workflow to create Customer record from his request , it works and copy all the fields mapped from custom record to Customer record but it doesn not copy address fields from custom record to Customer record

any help would be appreciated to copy address fields to customer record

Currently, Workflows are not capable of adding Customer addresses since standard actions do not support the Address Sublist on customer records, and the Create Record Action cannot populate sublists yet. However, SuiteScript can do it.

To set proper expectations, please be informed that the scope of our support here in the NetSuite Support Community does not include creating and implementing any complete scripting solutions from scratch.
