How to create a Saved Search to show the First Time a new Item has been Received?

Hi Guru's


I am trying to make a saved search to alert me whenever a new item is received for the first time. I see in suite answers there is a solution that I thought I could make work, but I am getting an error. The Suite ID is 37932. The issue seems to be coming from the formula in the criteria and without that formula, the search brings back all the item receipts from our initial migration to NetSuite. Does anyone know why this is not working?
