EFT: error encountered while fetching entity bank details for custom role

Hi Guru and @Mikko De La Fuente-Oracle

I have read below article and suite answer 63732 but still facing the same error for some custom role.

Preferred Entity Bank field is greyed out for custom roles

The error happens only when changing from primary bank detail to secondary bank detail on bill payment EFT tab.


Once the error happens even if I change back from secondary to primary bank detail, the error continues.

I appreciate for the way to fix this issue.
