How to check if a Feature is enabled in the account via REST?

Hi Team,

Could you help me with the following question?

I want to receive information does the NetSuite account have the option 'PAYMENT INSTRUMENTS' via API.

I mean Enable Features -> Transactions -> 'PAYMENT INSTRUMENTS'.

Does NetSuite have the API method to receive this information?
