How to Remove Constant Security Questions for Every Login

Hello,

There is one user at my company that gets asked his security questions every time he logs into NetSuite. No one else is experiencing this. He uses Chrome (not the incognito mode) and the same laptop. The issue persists on other browsers too. He does not experience issues when using another computer so I have narrowed it down to the laptop. I cleared the browser cache and that did not make a change.

Does anyone have any ideas for what I should do next?
