Is it possible to email the results of a Saved Search via Workflow?

Hello,

I believe this can be done with a Script, but can this also be done with a Workflow?

Using the standard Saved Search email schedule once per day is not quick enough. We could setup multiple copies of the Saved Search, but that becomes clunky to manage.

Other than scripting, and the Standard SS options, can a Workflow do this?
