How to show Only Sales Orders with all lines Fully Committed?

Trying to build a saved transaction search that displays all sales orders with all lines fully committed. I do not want to display any sales orders with a line that is back ordered. My current saved search just excludes the lines that are back ordered. How can I accomplish this?
