Can you apply Vendor Credits to Vendor Prepayment?

Hi,

Can Vendor/Bill credits be applied to Vendor Pre-payments or Vise Versa?

I tried to apply from Vendor Pre-payments and Vendor/Bill credits records, but unfortunately, the records are not showing each other.
