How to resolve Transaction Search not working as expected?

Hi,

We are experiencing serious ???bug??? in NetSuite Transaction Search when searching all transaction of type Bill. Could anyone help?


We have 2 roles, with very similar permissions, but both have following

- Transactions - Bill - Edit

- Transactions - Find Transaction - Full

- Transactions - Vendor Bill Approval - Full

- Lists - Classes - View

- Lists - Currency - View

- Lists - Departments - View

- Lists - Perform Search - Full

- Lists - Persist Search - Create

- Lists - Publish Search - Edit


Imagine following situation - Performing Transaction Search with following Criteria in Advanced Search

- Type is Bill


In one role called "Role1" search returns vendor bills as expected.
