What permission(s) are required to delete a tracked email message?

Is there a special permission required in order to allow a user to delete a message from the Messages sublist of the Communication tab of an estimate or sales order?

I tried assigning users and roles the Track Messages = FULL permission level, but doesn't seem to have had any effect.

Naturally, as an Administrator I can see that Remove link, but no one else can.
