How to move multiple files in the File Cabinet to a different Folder using SuiteScript?

I tried using the mass update. Which sort of works but it creates sub folders for every file. The problem is that if you put a security group on the parent folder when a sub folder is created it doesn't inherit the security settings of the parent folder. I think this is a bug.

Can this be done with a script?
