How to change width/height of the comments field on the customer page

On the Customer page there is a comments field (Field ID: comments) . This field is rather small for the amount of information in it. We want to give this field more width/height, just as we could do with custom fields.

But we can't seem to find how we can do this with this field. How can we do this?
