How to create a Workflow to show cash sale total on another custom form

edited Apr 28, 2023 10:44PM in Ask A Guru 5 comments

Hello community!

Looking for a way to carry over the Cash Sale transaction total into a custom field in the Cash Refund Form. I would like to display that total on the Cash Refund form and then add another custom field to show the difference between the cash sale and the cash refund. This is how we would track if it was a partial refund (would have an amount showing) or if it was a full refund (would have zero showing).

I know I've done similar with names in a workflow (carrying over a name from one form to the next). When I go to "Set Field Value" The options are not showing that I would need for the parameters.

Howdy, Stranger!
